Pain.........?!
Question: Pain!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!?
i have pain in my legs, like when i run my bones feel like they are tightening up and they feel like they are going to either pop out of my legs or snap forward!. and i was wondering if there might be something wrong with my legs!?!? also i get knee and back pains, like if i bent or sqwat down for like a minute or two it hurts bad and i was wondering if that is a bid problem!?!?

It sounds like you are depleting your bodies 'potassium!.'!.
Many athletes go thru similar!.Many sport people and others take care to get losts of salt!.but forget about potassium!.!.
A lack of potasium can cause muscle pain and burning and even change your heart rythym!.
