Im Nocturnal, need help!?!


Question: Im Nocturnal, need help!!?
My sleeping habits are letting me down!.
I go to bed at 6 a!.m and I wake up at 3 p!.m!. I feel like a piece of sh** waking up that late, it ruins the whole day!. All my plans are screwed up and Id spend the day just trying to catch up on things, missed calls, missed appointments, missed events, missed everything since everything happens in the morning!.
Its really not fair!.
I tried fixing my sleep by staying up all day until the following night!. Fixes my sleep for about 3 days but very quickly I return back to my old habit again!. I dont know why, but I become so wide awake, so energized and so alert only when its night time; being able to sleep then is impossible!. I even tried taking melatonin pills, drinking wine, warm showers;doesnt work!.
What can I do to fix my sleep permanently!?!?!? Any suggestions would be appreciated!. I heard that getting out in the sun more often helps!.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Using a sun lamp is the only way to alter your sleep paterns in a semi normal way!. Either that or you're a vampire and you'll have to live, I mean die with it!Www@Answer-Health@Com

I normally don't suggest sleep aids- but in your case I will!. Try Melatonin: My husband has a hard time staying asleep, but when he takes a couple of them before he goes to bed he stays down!.

Meanwhile, you might want to simply plan your life so you can do your 'living' at night!. Having done that for a while myself, I can tell you that there are times when it's an advantage!.

Vitamin D does help you sleep, but doesn't change your habits!. If you're a teenager, then don't worry!. Due to neurological changes, teenagers naturally become night owls, some more than others!. If not, you should perhaps see your doctor!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Try seeing your docter!. She might getr you some sleeping medicine!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
