Dislocated Shoulder....OUCH!?!
Question: Dislocated Shoulder!.!.!.!.OUCH!!?
I dislocated my shoulder yesterday but i was able to pop it back in myself!.!.!.!.whats the best way to get myself feeling back up to speed!.!.!.I've got a horse show this weekend and competing is not a question!.!.!.I'm going to the show so how can i try and be at my best with my bum shoulder!?!?!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

ice it frequently, and work it out build strength back up!. do some stretches where you hold it behind the head at the elbow, stretch it across your chest and hold it at the elbow for counts of 10 then work up to 20!. if it pops back out see your doctor to try and get some muscle relaxers!. but be sure not to take em b4 the big day!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
