well i just got a job at the tweeter center where i live and i havent done so much hard labor in a while so i have rly bad lower back pains and it hurts rly bad and they arent getting better!! any suggestions!?!!?!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Take something like alive or some other over-the-counter pain killer to get you by till your body gets used to being worked again!. I've been in there many times!. It will take a while depending on your body but your muscles will get used to the work again and you'll be fine!. just don't strain yourself and try to go easy at first and work your way into it as much as possible!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
