Sorry - ABSOLUTELY not!.
If they cut away the tear you may be able to walk by then without crutches with a limp!. If they repair it, you may be on crutches for 4 weeks with no weight on the leg!. Either way NO dancing!.
If you do manage to try by numbing the pain with medicine you will regret it for days!. Intense pain with swelling!.
