Is it bad to go in the air-conditioned room after sauna?!


Question: Is it bad to go in the air-conditioned room after sauna!?
I just started doing home sauna (steam), (i'm using a portable one) just confused about instructions, worried about the open pores!. I remember we were warned by the oldies not to let the cold air enter your pores its risky!. but i need an air-condition after because feel soooo hot!.!.!. how long will it take till i can have the AC on!. and after getting out of sauna do i have to take cool shower right away!? i shower before i jump in the sauna, does my head needed to be wet or blo dried first!? !.!.!. just so confused with whtat i read in the internet it doesnt say the same thing and im still confused!. can anybody explain about risks of opening and closing of pores and what is the right right thing to do !.!.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Heat opens the pours and the cold would close the pours so you would need to take a very warm shower after the sauna to wash out the oil and dirt from the pours!. As for the temp difference you do not want to heat your body up to much and then immediately cool off because it can lead to hypothermia or other medical conditions!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

When I get out of the sauna, I usually just jump in the creek with the water temperature at a constant 62 degrees F!. I have no problems with my pores or getting sick!.
The whole idea behind the sauna was to get the pores open and cleaned out then slamming them shut with cold water!. It is a purification process that is as old as time itself!. Well, maybe not that old but it is older than me!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
