Question: Back pain, feet pain - can't do chores easily!?
Im just 26 and have been noticing some back pain while mobbing (standing posture), washing dishes, feet joints pain while climbing stairs!.!.!.dont know what is wrong!. I don't want to spend too much on doc's as they do too many x-rays and bla bla!.!.if anyone faces symptoms like mine, pls reply with solution!.

It could be a slight bulging disc as you wont get a lot of the pain from this in your back!. Most of the pain will be felt in the bottom, backs of legs and sometimes ankles!. It can be really hard to find out without a ct or MRI scan, you may even have a pinched nerve and it may not even be badly pinched but you will notice pain like you have described!. If it is a back problem then most of the time you will need a scan but you can do a test at home, try not to lift anything over 5kg, no excessive sitting or standing for a week possibly two and see if it eases if so then its minor if not see a doc even though yep you will be driven nuts by them but back problems are for life and your only young so please try to do as little as possible, i know its hard but look after your back!.
