A cancerous tumor cannot result from a blow to the head!. The spot on your head probably swelled up and grew hard, feeling like a tumor, but really just a bruise/contusion!. Sometimes severe bruises last for months or years before going away!. If you've had it this long, though, you should go see a doctor!. They may be able to drain the bump, or biopsy it if necessary!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
