How to get rid of that bloated tummy feeling?!


Question: How to get rid of that bloated tummy feeling!?
Don't worry, this isn't really a gross question even though it may seem so at first!
My poor tummy is very distended and bloated!. I haven't really eaten anything out of the ordinary in the last week, but it seems to be getting worse!.
Any tips!? I don't think Fiber is the answer, if you get my drift I'm doing fine in that area!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Drink fresh fruit juices and smoothies (not from a carton!) for an entire day with no solid food intake or alcohol and plenty of herbal teas esp green teas!. I guarantee you your tummy won't feel bloated as it'll cleanse your body of the junk, detoxfying it plus get rid of an water retention!.

you can try to ask your physician for prokinetic agents/drugs!. These can help you feel less distention on your tummy by releasing excess air!.!.
