Question: Anyone with Aetna Health Insurance!?
I just found out the company I work for is going to be using Aetna Insurance starting next year!. Can anyone give me feedback on it!.!.good/bad!? I am extremely happy with the Insurance I have currently and am pretty bummed they are changing it so I just wanted to get some feedback on them to see if I'll be disappointed in the change or not!. Aetna is a pretty strong and trustworthy nationwide company!.
Aetna is right up there with Blue Cross, United Healthcare, Humana, etc!. as far as having strong networks of physicians, comprehensive plans, and excellent claims paying!.

It depends on whether it is Aetna's managed healthcare plan, which restricts you to choosing from their list of doctors, or whether you have the other kind that allows you to go to any doctor you want, and even go to a specialist with no referral from a primary care doctor nor pre-approval from Aetna!. I forget what they call this type, but it had "PP!.!.!." in it!.

It's ok, the only issue I've had is that they're not accepted at my dermatologists!.
There's this really long list of things they DON'T cover which is a bit disturbing!.
The good thing is that they email you regularly with updates and interesting news which is nice!. Check it out ASAP!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You must go online to see if the doctors you currently use are on the Aetna Insurance Plan, if not you have time to get your appointments in before year end and start looking for other doctors!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
