Why can't I get any sleep?!


Question: Why can't I get any sleep!?
For the last couple of months for some reason I can't get any sleep until 2:30 or 3:00 in the morning, I don't know why!. I really try to go to sleep early, like 1:00 or 1:30, but within the next couple of hours its 3:!?!? o-clock in the morning and I'm wondering why I can't get any sleep, I toss and turn trying to get into a comfortable position and when I do I just can't get any sleep!. I know I should ge to sleep, and I know that I'm tired but I just can't get any sleep untill its around 2:30 or 3:!?!? something O-clock, what's up with this!?, any help!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

I had insomnia for a few weeks once when I was a teenager!.!. and since then I have found that in order to 'put' yourself asleep you should be in a completely dark room!.!.or close to it, with as less interfering sound as possible (radio, tv) a fan for backround noise is fine, then the key to going to sleep quickly is to close your eyes, block out everything!.!.(dont think about what happened during the day, dont think about tomorrow) if you have a song stuck in your head!.!.try to incorporate a different song (just long enough to rid the one thats stuck) and imagine yourself in a pitch black 'place' where there is nothing, no light, no sound, no nothing!.!. if you can do these things you will be asleep in a matter of minutes!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Try thinking less and focus more on deep breathing and how the air enters your mouth then your throat, then lungs and how your chest expands and contracts!. Relax and let your body get heavy!. Breathe in slowly to count of 5, hold it for 5, then out to count of 5, SLOWLY!. Keep doing this!. It takes your circling thoughts away!.

I use to have that problem and someone told me not to lie in bed if I am not able to fall asleep!. Read a book or watch TV until your eyes start to get heavy and then go to bed!. There is no point spending all that time in bed if your not sleeping!. Plus laying there you just get frustrated and that makes it even harder to doze off!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

yea um this is because you go to sleep late and wake up late if you go to sleep really late and wake up early for like a week then you will go to sleep earlier i think but if you aren't waking up late then ma;bey you have separation anxiety from your mom or dad or pet of family member i dont knowWww@Answer-Health@Com

im havin the exact same problem here bro!.!. it is 4:30 in the mornin over here and im supposed to wake up at 7:00!. unfortunately i am not the one to answer this but i anticipate on the answers yet to come!.

i read this from reader's digest a year ago!.!. if you can't sleep, get up from the bed and watch TV!.!. you'll eventually get tired!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
