You were just dozing off!.!. the fact that you returned to being completely active after being excited like that proves that theres nothing pathological (medically ill) about your sleepiness!. Ture sleep apneas are very hard to "snap out of"!. I recommend you avoid driving really late at night or when you are very tired (especially if you are alone)!. Good luck and drive safely!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You probably fell asleep during driving because your brain is telling your body its tiered; sometimes you will not fell tiered but will actually be very exhausted!. There are hormones that prevent the feeling of tiredness!. You might have Sleep Apnea, this makes it very hard to sleep at night!. If I were you I would go to the doctor and ask for some sleeping pills or ask to recommend you to a place were you can get a sleep study done on you!. Hope this helps and you get a good night sleep!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

This is why women should not drive!.

And I don't think you even know what those sleeping disorders you listed mean!. Sleep apnea means you stop breathing whilst asleep!. Insomnia means you can't fall asleep normally!. And unless you are constantly falling asleep in strange places, you don't have narcolepsy!. You fail hard!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

are you eating normal!?!?

sometimes that can have a huge effect on how tired you are!.

also if you are on meds a lot of them will affect that to

if both of those things are normal i would go talk to my doctor thats not something that is very safe and you dont want to get into an accidentWww@Answer-Health@Com

I don't think you have any condition!. You just suffer from lack of sleep!. People that don't sleep much can go to sleep very fast!. Try working a night shift and you will see what I mean!.

Get some sleep!. Not sleeping well at night is a habit which you can break!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

There are multiple reasons that that may have occurred, call a nurse line (look it up on google) and ask them if they can diagnose you!. With the information here, it would be better to speak in person, or on the phone with a professional!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

wow sounds like a somewhat critical condition!. You may have any of those things!.!. but without any detail i am not able to give you a direct answer!.!.
it is probably best to go see a doctor that will help you!. Or you can do some more research!.
Good luck
God blessWww@Answer-Health@Com

It sounds like it could possibly be narcolepsy, however, sleeping poorly as a result of apnea can cause one to be overly tired during the day!. Please see a physician!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You no doubt have obstructive sleep apnea!. I am a doctor and your symptoms are very worrisome, to say the least!. You need deep, REM, sleep to "recharge the batteries" if you will!. People with obstructive sleep apnea are unable to get a good night's sleep because excess upper airway tissue relaxes during sleep, blocks of air exchanges, and the person wakes up in order to breathe again!. The person will characteristically have very loud snoring associated with obstructive sleep apnea!. As a result of being sleep deprived, a person can be very sleepy chronically, and is severe cases even fall asleep at the wheel!. Headaches are also likely!. Things that can be done to help include continuous positive airway pressure (CPAP), which is a mask-like device to wear while sleeping!. It blows oxygen by your soft tissues of your airway in order to prevent them obstructing your breathing during deep sleep!. It is hard for some to tolerate but can have dramatic results!. Weight loss is also effective, but often is quite difficult to see results in a timely fashion!. Gastric bypass for weight loss is an option which may ultimately resolve symptoms, but there are risks of the procedure!. In fact, obstructive sleep apnea puts one at increased risk anesthesia and at increased risk for respiratory depression with pain medicines!.

Stop driving!. You put your life and the lives of innocent people in danger otherwise!. See a doctor!. Good luck!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
