It COULD be a mosquito bite!.!.!. but my initial reaction is that, if you see a hole, it's probably something larger!.
There are certain bugs and flies that will "burrow" into your skin!. These often produce what you are describing!. If you pinch it, it will probably be painful!. Pus will come out!. You may also see the head of the insect!.
Try scrubbing and cleaning the area as much as you can!. if the problem persists, try putting neosporin in a bottle cap and tape it to your arm over the hole!. This will suffocate anything inside and make it come out!.
Disgusting!? Yes!. Effective!? Absolutely!.
