Should I go to the doctor for a black eye?!
Question: Should I go to the doctor for a black eye!?
I got a black eye and it happend accidentally on Monday!. I did not go to the doctor because I did some research on it and just followed the basic care procedures!. Applying ice on it for 24 hours; and today when I get off work I will apply a hot compress on the eye!. It is pretty ugly; but probably not that bad, my co-workers haven't noticed it; plus I have my hair combed over my eye,with my new glasses on!.The problem is when I laugh, the bruised eye hurts!.Plus underneath the eye is still swollen!. There is no blood or anything in the white part of my eye either!.Should I still go to the doctor!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

If you think the bone may be broken, you should see a doctor, but otherwise, it's probably fine!. Do you have any double vision!? If so, that could be a sign of a bigger problem!.
If it's just swelling under the eye and some pain, that's pretty normal!. It will go away in a few days!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I don't think you should go to see a doctor and i'm pretty sure he couldn't do any more for you than you already are!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
