Today I woke up felt fine and got both top and bottom of my braces off (finally, and there was no anestesia or what not!. At about lunchtime I started to feel really tired and I wasn't hungry!. All I had was a bagel and a hot mocha!. Also I got sunburn on my back and shoulders and a little bit in the face on Tuesday!. Please help!. Should I see a doctor or not!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Yep, I'd say it's stress and loss of sleep!

All you probably need is a shower and a nap!. And you may be slightly dehydrated, too !.!.!. make sure you drink enough water, especially when you're in the sun!.

Try taking some pain reliever (Tylenol, Advil, etc!.) for the sunburn and get some sleep!

You probably didn't feel hungry because your body is just too tired to process food!. And you've been a bit wound up and excited the past few days, so now you're "coming down" !.!.!. and just starting to realize how tired you are!.

Unless you really do start to feel sick, you probably don't need to see a doctor!. Just get some rest and I bet you'll feel a whole lot better!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I have many days like that, friend, and it is strange after a life-time of work!. I'm 73 now and keep myself busy during the day about the house and garden etc!. The evenings spent with my wife and Labrador, PC, odd visits to friends and some TV!.
Try relaxing with some music like Terry Oldfield's 'Reverence' or Atmospheric Moods "The Mighty Rainforest" etc in a dimly lit room!. Enigma's "Cross of Changes" is also very good!.
Try it - what have you to lose!
Good luck!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I think you need a break!. You seem completely burnt out so take a day or 2 to rest and if you still feel the same, then you should go to a doctor!. I think though that you just need to relax and you should be fine!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
