Dont be alarmed its completley normal!. Sounds like a pulled joint in your foot, it usually occurs when by strain through exercise or footwear (eg wearing a lot of flats or heels)!. Unfortunantly it is painful but it shouldnt last too long so if it doesnt stop soon id recommend you see your doctor or a physio pediatrist, the treatment will probably be no more then a physio rub maybe some pain killers if the pain gets worse!.

Ways to avoid this in the future is ensure you stretch before execrise (simply pulling the toes and front of foot towards your body is enough stretch)!. another way is to avoid wearing flat shoes on hard surfaces for long periods of time, this hurts the natural shape of you foot and causes the pain!.

Hope this helps!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Maybe it's leg cramps!. have u injured your leg!? or your leg is probably hurting from all the pressure that you put in all this time!. See your doctor, really thats the only person that can tell you exactly what is wrong with your leg!. Anyone here can't tell you because they aren't examining your leg!. So you need to have a check up or something!. It's probably nothing serious, but you should check it out!. Good luck!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

sounds like something to do with your nerves
maybe a slight pinched nerveWww@Answer-Health@Com
