Question: Any tips to help me break the addiction of cracking my knuckles!?
It has been getting worse too: i'm on to my neck and arms and back

Yeah, i used to do that all the time in middle school, my teacher recommended that i fidget with something, like a pen, to keep me from cracking my knuckles!. Eventually (3 months for me) the habit broke!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Put a thick rubber band around one wrist and whenever you feel the urge to crack your knuckles or actually do it give yourself a good painful snap with the rubber band on the tender inside of your wrist!.

Pretty soon your brain will stop giving you the urge to crack your knuckles because it will want to avoid the pain of the rubber band!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Think of the arthritis it will bring you later in life when you're tempted!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

omg i have the same problem!. i find it helps if you are doing something else like chewing gum or picking at your nails!. its jsut so addicting!!!Www@Answer-Health@Com
