I have the same problem!. Genetically I have fluctuating blood pressure; If your blood pressure drops or raises rapidly it will cause those symtoms!.

There is not much you can do about it, except remain athletic and avoid sugary and fatty foods!. Coke and Coffee cause severe changes for me!.

On another note, I also occasionaly have an irregular heart beat!. The best thing to do is check with your family to see if they have those symtoms too!.

Regular visits to a Doctor would be good to make sure your not developing diabetes or a heart condition!. Make sure you eat three square meals a day with plenty of WATER, if you have a diabetes problem, lack of protein causes your blood sugar to rise; light-headedness and weak-knees are a result of high blood sugar aswell!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
