Question: I am fairly new to computer my wrist has just lately been giving me pain!?
presume it is r s i has anyone else had it i spend most evenings on yahoo answers or playing games should I carry on as I am hoping my wrist will get used to it or give it a few days rest or would wrist support bandage helpWww@Answer-Health@Com

Best thing to do is just go on it for 30 mins a day, and wear a support for the next three days and when you are on there put the support on whilst on it!.
And when you finished on there dont say i can do a bit longer come off it!. and after about a week build it p gradually to about 40 mins a session etc!. and still wear the support!.

this is called tendinitis you get it when you do something repetivly over and over !. i suffered with this when i was a new mum when you hold around the baby's chin to wind them!. my doctor told me that it was tendenitis you can wear a support bandage which will help but for it to go have a rest off computer for a couple of day's to rest your wrist!.hope this helps you!.xxWww@Answer-Health@Com
