Yes, but make sure that the ibuprofen hasn't got paracetamol in with it, there is a type of Nurofen that does, if so then no more paracetamol!. They can be taken at the same time or staggered, but often staggering them will give the best pain relief!. Make sure you take the ibuprofen with or shortly after food (at least a bowl of cereal, couple of pieces of toast or similar amount)!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
