Question: I think I have insomnia!. !. !.!?
How can I go to sleep!? I can never fall asleep!. !. !. and when I do, i wake up in the middle of the night, and then I can't go back to sleep!. !. !.

1!. Eliminate caffeine from your diet!.
2!. 30-60 minutes before you go to bed, avoid doing anything strenuous or anything that makes you think hard!. So, put the homework down and watch some TV, do some stretches, meditate, whatever helps you relax!.
3!. Have a strict bedtime that you keep, every night, no exceptions!.
4!. Have a strict time at which you get up in the morning--and again, no exceptions!.
5!. Try to avoid napping!.
The key here is discipline!. You have to maintain a strict bedtime and waking time!. The idea is that you're training your body to go to sleep at a certain hour!.
I'm not guaranteeing it will work, but it's something to try before going to a doctor to explore medical or psychiatric interventions!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

This may or may not work for you, but I know it has worked before!. Force yourself to stay awake!. Every time you start feeling sleepy, force yourself to do something you hate (in the case I am familiar with, the man waxed his floors)!. Even if you're exhausted, stay awake, repeating the unpleasant task!. This would train your subconscious to prefer sleep!. (Don't do it for more than one night!.)Www@Answer-Health@Com

Sometimes if you're not exercising enough during the day, it can keep you awake at night!. Also, don't drink a lot of energy drinks or sodas throughout the day!. If you do I mean!.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I felt i had the same thing and i asked my acupuncturist!.!. And he said it was a habit!.!. So try setting a bed time for yourself and try to make your self go to sleep!.!. Also try making it a routine!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
