Question: Been in a fight and now got backpain, know what it could be!?
I'm female!.!. a guy (won't mention who) grabbed me and threw me backwards into an outdoor wall, I've now got back pain - any ideas what it could be and if it may be serious!? Got strain in my neck and shoulders too!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Whiplash by the sounds of it!.
You probably only have muscle strain in the trapezius muscles!.
You need to see doctor or Accident and Emergency as soon as possible!.
They will run hands over your arms and check your movements!. Also they will give you exercises to make sure you return to full health!.
Try NHS direct website for further really good advice the main thing to note is any pins and needles!.
Whiplash isn't just caused by car accidents!.
Chances are this will take months to heel!. Pins and needles may indicate problems with nerves which can be very serious!.

you could of traped a nerve in your spine or just strained your muscels, for the nerv rest and see your GP, for the muscle starin a good back rub from the drug store and a hot bath with raydox or even brusel the muscles , i dont know about brusing much :SWww@Answer-Health@Com
what a horrid sod! you shld have kicked him in the beeps! evil git, you have probably jarred your back so i would take some painkillers and rest, if it gets worse go see ur doc, stay away from this bloke i hope he isnt ur fella as you shldnt put up with that treatment!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
