Question: I have been off work for a whole week from my jobs!.!.and i have been having trouble sleeping!.!.!?
what should I do to help me fall alseep!?!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

i suffer from insomnia so i know how stink it is when you cant sleep!. i often read or write and that can help or if you have a song or movie that is really familiar to you put it on when you go to bed and it should help!.
but if you don't want to do that there's allot of herbs you can get such as Valerian, chamomile, lavender, hops, and passion-flower!. Valerian has undergone multiple studies and appears to be modestly effective!.Cannabis has also been suggested as a very effective treatment!.!.!.or you no sleeping pills!.!.!.!.what ever floats ya boat!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Stop worrying about it: Worry makes falling asleep harder!.

Get your body used to a regular sleep time so it will actually be ready to sleep when you are!.

Spend an hour or so before you go to sleep relaxing so your body won't be revved up for yet more activity!.

A nice soothing cup of chamomile tea helps!. If you need something stronger, try melatonin!.

If all else fails, see a sleep specialist!.
