Answers:
How much worse it gets is up to you!. Buy some Chinese Baoding Balls!. They are two iron balls that have a Cloisonne' outer shell!. When rolled in the hand, they sound as if they have chimes in them!. They are very good for many parts of the body!. They are especially good for the hands and fingers!. Roll them over together in one hand continuously!. The trick is to keep them from 'clacking' as you roll them!. Practice this daily to strengthen the fingers and the rest of your vital organs all at the same time!. It is a good way to relax, as well!. It releases tension!. I know this will work! Let me know of your progress, if you choose to do this!. :DWww@Answer-Health@Com

You can find out what kind of arthritis you have with a simple blood test!. Medications won't stop the unnatural bending and twisting but will reduce inflammation and pain!. I have osteoarthritis in many parts of my body and you have to learn how to control the pain!. Hot soaking baths relieve the joints, many of the over the counter cream rubs are effective but for the inflammation you need motrin or a prescription if motrin doesn't relieve the pain and swelling!. Good luck!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I don't think you can stop the bending, but I know that you won't become crippled!. My grandma is 70-something and her fingers are incredibly bent, but it took many years for them to become that way!. She still functions in everyday tasks fine, except maybe opening jars!. I know she had a few surgeries on her feet to help with the pain, though!.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Make an appointment with a rheumathologist!. They are the only ones that can really help with RA!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
