I have just joined the gym, my back isnt in pain, does this mean im not doing th!


Question: I have just joined the gym, my back isnt in pain, does this mean im not doing the excercise right!?
Been going to the gym for a week now, done every excercise there, my body has been in pain due to brocken muscle tissue but the only body part that isnt in pain is my back!.!.!.!.does this mean im doing the excercises there wrong!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

no!. i'd think that was a good thing because you don't want broken mucles tissue everywhere coz well, broken things aren't good!. you don't have that many musles in you back anyway!.
maybe it's because you're back has already been exercised but the rest of you hasn't therefore been strained as much as the others!.
i'v never has back excersice pain, but everywhere else i have

You shouldn't have back pain!. Maybe a little soreness, but not pain!. Just remember to start slow when starting any exercise program and work your way up to more weight and repititions!. Also, allow enough time for recovery!. I like to do cardio one day and weights the next and then rest on Sundays!. That way you are not taxing your body so much!.
