Soccer cramps?!
Question: Soccer cramps!?
i play soccer every saturday and i always get cramps!. i drink water before every game but i still get them!. is there any thing to do before games so i dont get them!?!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

stretch before games and practices!. and drink gatorade!.!.the cramps are due to a loss of electrolytes and/or potassium!.

Lots of salt!. Trust me!. If you drink tons of water and eat lots of salty food, the salt will retain more water and you won't cramp up!. I played soccer for 8 years and this worked really well for me!. I never cramped up after I started eating saltine crackers and drinking more water!. Hope that helps!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
