Question: Treating a sprained/strained abdomen!?
Has anyone ever sprained/strained their abdomen!? If so what treatment did you seek!? I sprained mine months ago and it still hurts!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I have pulled all my stomac muscles before, and have been in pain for weeks on end!. I was told it would get better by itself, it did eventually!.
But if it is still painfull months later, i would go to the doctors, because you may have something more serious then origionally though!.
