Question: How to you break a habit!?
ok so the habit is kracking my knuckles, my elbows,my hip,my knee, my toes, my ankle, my neck and my backWww@Answer-Health@Com


Answers:
bad habits are hard to stop!.

but usually it is good to try and substitute a bad habit with a good one!.

Such as:
try when you feel the urge to crack those parts of your body to instead do something like wipe the counter or clean windows or like that!.
It gets your mind off of the bad habit!.
Also try organizing something like a closet or drawer or writing a letter any type of activity that gets you thinking other things/
that way you gradually get over the bad habit!.
i smoked and i did this to stop smoking!.

you can overcome it with practice!.
Also i used one of those stress balls to squeeze!.!.!.

Replace it with something, I started a coin collection to get over a bad habit and everytime I thought about the bad habit, I trained myself to start thinking about my coin collection!. It worked for me, good luck to you!. Oh, after 3 weeks a habit is on the plus side, just as a means of helping you get there!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

my habit is crackin my nuckles and i got out of it it used a lot of will power and i came home every day like gasp gasp i did it i didn't crack my nuckles but now i crack my neckWww@Answer-Health@Com

A habit is a routines that are repeated without thinking!. Therefore, you have to start paying attention to what your doing!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
