Question: Is this enough sleep for a teenager!? (please read below)!?
I'm 13 years old and i've been trying to get more sleep!.

However, i've been only getting a bit more than 8 hours of sleep on most days (with no distractions), after going to sleep earlier and earlier!.


Is this a normal amount of hours of sleep, or are there any other ways i can get more sleep!?

And i've been trying to get 9 to 9!.5 hours of sleep; but is this possible!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

8 hours is a great ammount of sleep!. I know 13 year olds who only get about 6 hours!. I'm pretty sure 8 hours is what a 13 year old should be getting!. If you aren't tired don't force yourself to sleep because you may over sleep and that will cause you to be tired!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

8 hours is actually the reccommended sleeping time for adults!.

9 - 10 hours would be more ideal for someone your age!. 9 - 9!.5 hours is perfect!.

If you are setting your waking up and bed times, it's best that you go to bed earlier in the evening rather than sleeping in!.

But as far as I know, your sleeping hours seem to be perfectly normal!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

it is encouraged for everyone to get roughly 8 hours sleep per day!. you shouldnt push more hours of sleep when your not tired!. you should just go to bed wen you feel tired thats the body tellin yaWww@Answer-Health@Com
