i have had it like 5 times!. you dont need it that much but my knees are really bad, actually my legs!. back to the point, it does't hurt that much like the worst is a 7 but it only last for like an hour if that!. just make sure to take your pain medicine when you start to have pain, dont wait, trust me!. the recovery is only like 1 month!. just do what the doctor says!. i hope this helps and good luck!Www@Answer-Health@Com
