Question: My wrist !?!?!?
i broke my wrist about mounths ago and i cant really put that much pressure on it!. also when i twist it or move it in some postiong it hurts a bit like i can feel pain!. what should i do drink milk!. and what are some exercises that i can do to make it stronger and can you also tell me how you healed ur wrist !?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Did you go to the doctor and have it treated!? If it's still hurting, you need to have it checked by a doctor!. Your wrist is not something to take chances with!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
You should take liquid calcium as the other stuff can lead to kidney stones!.
