Is Aleve and Advil 'basically' the same thing?!


Question: Is Aleve and Advil 'basically' the same thing!?
I had my first Aleve a few years ago, and it cleared up my headache in no time!. I went down to the States and brought back a large bottle, and now I hear that it's the same as Advil!.

They are both NSAIDS (non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs)!. They have different ingredients but are in the same class of drugs along with aspirin!. They are both used to treat pain, fever and inflammation!. So yes they are basically the same thing!. Just make sure to take it with food or milk to reduce the chances of stomach bleedingWww@Answer-Health@Com

They are basically the same and basically bad for you!. Stay away from them if you can!. Advil shut down a friend of mines kidneys!. Other friends have developed bleeding from them eating away at the stomach lining!. They will raise blood pressure because of the sodium they contain!. Whatever you do, take them only once in a while and never more than the prescribed amount!. Not worth it!. Pills are just like anything else, don't over indulge, do everything in moderation!.
