Question: My shoulders have pain in them and upper arm!. I have lost range of motion!. Not injury related!.!?
The dr gave me cortizone shot and it helped a bit but not all!. He also said that he did not know what to do if it was not injury related!. So now I'm at a loss of what to do!. I hurt when I try to do stretching excerices but do them anyway!. Anyone else have this problem ever!. I have had it since February, it is now June!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

What sort of work do you do!? You could have repetitive strain injury!. If your gp has ruled out any serious problems, then try a massage!. Try using hot (as hot as you can tolerate comfortably) wet towels on the area to see if this brings any relief - you can wet facecloths and heat for 30 secs in microwave!. If this brings relief then it is definately muscular and massages will help for sure!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
