Foot/leg burning when walking.?!

Question: Foot/leg burning when walking!.!?
When ever I walk for exercise (3 MPH or faster), the outside of my left calf and outside&top of my left foot burn like they are on fire! It doesn't matter if I walk outside or on a treadmill!. Once I start to jog, the burning mostly goes away but, as soon as I walk again, it returns!. Also, as soon as I 'stop' walking, the foot goes numb and it feels like fire ants crawling all over my foot for about 10 minutes afterwards!. Then I am fine for the rest of the day!
What could be causing this!? Especially since it is only one leg!.
Would wearing an ankle brace help!?
Thanks!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Answers:
That's your leg muscles you're feeling, more specifically, the 3 peroneus muscles which all starts at the outside of your leg and attaches to the top part of your ankle, and also wraps underneath your ankle too!.

It burns because either you're not walking/running properly with your left leg which requires the peroneus muscles to fire for additional stability of the ankle!. Or, you haven't used that muscle very often!.

If you walk/jog/run often, and this is a recent problem, then I recommend consulting with your doctor to have your ankle checked out before you sprain it!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
