Question: I have trouble sleeping!. Please help me, it's torture!!?
It doesn't have anything to do with caffeine!. I've done it all - eat spicy foods, drink milk, coat myself in darkness, change the sheets - but nothing works!.

It has got to do with my "biological clock!." One time I slept way beyond my bedtime (around 9-10pm) and went to bed at about 1-3am!. Now, whenever I try to sleep around 9, my body refuses!. I have to wait early in the morning just to get some sleep!. Please help me alter this!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

this is simple!. get up earlier, get exercise, limit complex carbs past 5pm and go to be at 10 and get up at 6!. easy!.

try melatonin!. basically, go to bed later and get up earlier!. your body will naturally get into rythme!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
