Does this sound like a sprained foot or something more serious?!

This morning I was trying to cover the window with something to block the light from coming in, when I stepped backwards my left foot got caught in my babies infant rocker!. I fell backwards and I think my foot bent backwards a little and twisted from being caught underneath it!. I was screaming and I hurt so bad I originally told my fiance I thought my foot was broken!. He's a paramedic and he asked me to bend my toes and he felt areas on it, I showed him where it hurt and after a couple of minutes the pain passed!. I hobbled on it took some IBprofin and iced it!. Before I knew it I was fine, walking around normal but then this afternoon the pain came back and it isn't subsiding this time!. The muscle from my ankle to my pinky toe hurts, I can move my foot in circles, bend my toes, point my foot, but there's obvious pain when I'm walking and sitting still or doing any of the above!. The problem is I don't have insurance so how can I treat my foot for now and at what point should I see a dr!?Www@Answer-Health@Com
