Question: I'm in so much pain all the time, My friend tell me stop stressing, but I can't control it!.!?
I have these symptoms every day:-
Headache
Chest pain
Pounding heart
Muscle aches
Back pain
Clenched jaws
Tooth grinding
Stomach upset
Diarrhea
Increased sweating
Tiredness
Sleep problems
Weight gain or loss
Skin breakouts
Please help me! What can I do!? I'm always so cranky cause I'm so stressed!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

could be anxiety and/or depression!. I have a lot of your symptoms as well and my doctor thinks it could be fibromyalgia!. Stress can cause a lot of weird things to happen to your body!. Exercise can help a ton!. Try doing yoga everyday! and go to your doctor to get checked outWww@Answer-Health@Com
Do you have a regular doctor!? Have you told him what is on your list!? Has your dr!. given you a diagnosis!? I have fibromyalgia and have some of your symptoms!.Your friends could be right!. The stress can cause a lot of medical problems!. If you have a good,caring doctor, he or she should
be able to offer you some form of relief!. I finally found a good, caring dr!. and it makes a lot of difference!. Another suggestion would be a pain specialist!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You need to learn the skill of rational thinking,it's irrational thoughts that cause this,there are books and psychologists that can help you but you must be prepared to put in the effort:Www@Answer-Health@Com
Stop eating anything containing sugar or white flour!.
Take an Omega-3 and 5htp supplement!.
Cardio exercise, 20 min 3x a week!.
Do not drink booze, smoke or do any drugs!.
Find a support group for anxiety disorders, and GO!.
Get a kitty or a puppy!.
And if you can, try and meditate 20-30 minutes a day!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You probobly have an anxiety attacks!. I got a medicin for it, when i can feel it will start i take one 0!.5mg and in half an hour its gone!. Just go to the doctor, You will be ok, dont worry!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
