It could broken - although it is possible that you would be able see that from the outside!. Is is sore to touch!?
It could also be dislocated!? Either way collar bone injuries are usually very painful!. Remember that the collar bone is the only boney attachment of the shoulder to the rest of the body!.

Did you injure it!? If its causing you that much pain go to the emergency room!. If you don't want to do that take some Ibuprofen and wrap it in a way to hold it close to your body in front of you(like you would if it was broken) THEN go to the Dr!. They might want to take an e-xray!. Hope you feel better!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
