I am still up because I go to work at 2:30 pm and am in the habit of going to sleep at 3 am or later!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

10:30-11:30, i wake up at 4am next mornin, so i get my ample 6-7 hours of sleep!.!.!.!.when i was in college it'd be 3-4am !.!.!.!.!.i'm in kuwait now but when i'm home now with my wife, it's like 1-2am!.!.!.!.!.mainly cause we have night sex :P!.

Thats a bad habit!. I got the same prob!. I cant sleep before midnight!. My job doesnt start till 11 or 12 in the morning so i go to sleep after 12!.!. even up untill 2 or 3!.
Then get up at like 10!.!. lol
