Question: Can you me with claimimg compensation!?
I had a spinal injury during work that has caused a lot of pain and discomfort!. I find it difficult walking, sitting down for long periods of time and have sharp pains occasionally!. This has resulted in me having to take months off, but since I did not register this in the health and safety book at work can i still claim compensation!? I am a manager/supervisor and a single-parent!. Please help!. Thank you!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

some one at my old place of work had an accident that wasnt put in the book and she still claimed and won!.
if you get the right solicitor then they can inform you correctly!. What I would say is if you still work there, and with the people if you put their noses out of joint it can hurt your career path, in a purfect world it shouldnt but your claim will cost your employers in the long run ie insurance premium rise etc!.!.

If it didn't go in the accident book then you'll have trouble proving it happened at work!. Maybe the hospital has a record of the ambulance being called out!?Www@Answer-Health@Com
