well this is wat i did for my nails, i put nail polish on them and then it was over but i know that i still get nervous because in most cases biting of the nails is a nervous habit so, i just chew on them, this is not biting anything off and it is still satistying that nervousness that makes you bite your nails, the best way for you to just chew is to go to the root, or make it a reward!!!! get a manicure when you grow your nails out!!! this makes your mind go heyy!!! i want a manicure and in order for me to do that i can't bite, as for your lips tell yourself that you will splurge on some REALLY cute lipgloss, make it fun!

I used to bite my nails all the time,before this town had internet!. Now, I just occassilly bite one when it starts to get long & file it down later!. I had to do this yesterday because the nail kept hitting a key that I wasn't going for!.
Just try to keep your mind and/or hands occupied and the nail biting will come to a slow!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
