Answers:
Take the lens out of the solution with your left hand, then pick it out of your left hand with your right index finger, you don't want the right hand finger to be wet, make sure the finger is as dry as possible but the lens is still wet/damp!.

Now facing a mirror pull down your lower eyelid with your middle finger, try to look up and away a little bit and place the lens on it as straight as possible, the key here is to try and have the entire lens' edge touch at the same time, this is the part where the lens needs to be damp and your finger as dry as possible so it sticks to your eye and not your finger!. Avoid trying to put it straight onto your iris, its probably what is causing you to blink so much!. Once it suctions on slowly close your eye and it will align itself!.

It takes a while to get it down and you may gouge yourself in the eye for a while so good luck!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

put the contact on your finger and look at it from the side, make sure the lens looks like a cup (the edges shoudn't be turning down)!. If they are the contact is inside out!.

Put in palm of your hand, add contact lens solution, get nice and wet, put on tip of pointer finger, move slower toward your eye, hold eye down with hand (one finger should do it) and put on eyeball!. Close lid, the contact should slip into place, if no, move contact with tip of pointer finger!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

if it doesnt stick, make sure your eye and the contact is moist, also, hold it and blink, or put it in with one finger and use another finger to hold it in while you remove the other finger, usually works!.
dont worry, ive had mine for going on 7 years now, and im at the point i can take them in and out in the dark, no mirror in a few seconds!.!. it gets really easy after about a week!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
