Foot is killing me....?!
Question: Foot is killing me!.!.!.!.!?
I accidentally stepped on a small piece of glass earlier today!. I washed out my foot (it sure did bleed a lot, I left a trail to the bathroom)!. I applied pressure and it was ok!. However, now almost 12 hours later, it hurts like heck still and I cannot walk on it!. Some additional info which is worrying me is that the glass was from a broken "galileo" towering thermometer which broke on the floor and had liquid in it (I am sure as heck it wasnt water!.!.!.)!. Could this just be a small piece of glass I cannot see or something worse!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

It probably is a small piece of glass that worked it's way into the wound!. The pressure from walking on it probably helped move it away from the original entry point!. Luckily, I don't believe those Galileo thermometers contain any mercury - it's just a liquid suspension of those little bobbers, right!? You would be better off to go to the doctor early, before the wound starts to heal, especially if they have to debrade it (which means opening it up again if it is healing already)!. Ouch! it could be something else i would go to the emergency or urgent care, u may need stitches ,or worse that liquid could be causing the painWww@Answer-Health@Com
