I did a CBC test and i found Monocyte (auto) high 10!.6 % the reference range [2!.0-10!.0] is this what does this mean and is it dangerWww@Answer-Health@Com

My understanding of CBCs is that they're done based on percentages!.!.!. so just because you've got a high monocyte count doesn't necessarily mean that you're in big trouble--you might just be at a stage where the proportion is monocytes is high!. Have you been sick recently!? Since monocytes are the big phagocytes of the body, they'll be elevated if you've had a bacterial infection!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
