I'm a freshmen and I am in a sport every season Fall-volleyball Winter- gymnastics Spring- Track!. I Have had a horrible back for a year in ahalf after I crotched the beam one day at gymnastics!. I have done physical therapy, X-rays, I've used a backMagic, stretches, and an MRI but nothing has shown up or helped!. What more can I do!? I really don't want to quit any of my sports but is it worth how my back will be in the future!?
