Sleeping. Risk ? right or wrong? advice?!


Question: Sleeping!. Risk !? right or wrong!? advice!?
I read the yahoo thing about sleeping judgement and risk!. but my problem is i stay l8 like 4 am!. and i slept like 10 hrs or higher is it bad not to sleep on time or is it alright until you get 8 hrs of sleep or you feel relax!.!. pls help!. need answers!. thx in advanceWww@Answer-Health@Com

Medically, it is a very important source to re-energizing your body systems in everyday life!. To do this yes! you do need to sleep!. And sleep in a customized setting!.

Lack of sleep, or even too much sleep can indicate an either early or late symptom of Insomnia which is a sleep depervation illness which is spread to family members to the next generation if ran through the family DNA!.

Too much sleep can improve your mood swings!. BUT you can become poor to judgement, poor sight (eventually sensitive to light), nervous/afraid to socialize, express self depression (quite rare but happens!)!.

Lack of too much sleep can actually improve your performance to contrast during the day and night, and also improve focus in eating more often if your under weight!!!. BUT lack of too much sleep can show warning symptoms of a high risk to Insomnia!. Bare in mind lack of sleep and too much sleep also depends on your chemical balance and the amount of glucose, carbohydrates, proteins and lipids you eat!. Remember Lipids is fat, this is the highest from carbohydrates in producing energy in your body and its systems!.

Seek your General Practitioner to really target your symptoms!. Some things can be happening to your body that doesn't appear irregular or dis-functional to you at this stage!.

Usually it is better to keep a certain sleeping pattern steady and not to oversleep however even the 8 hours rule is really arbitrary!. Some people need more sleep, others less, it also depends on the weather and time of year!. So the question is: are you feeling rested!? Does you lifestyle allow you sleeping during the day and staying up all night!?

I think that's my problem, so I'm like the posterchild for sleeping disorders, I have profuse sweating, my body is all out of wack (I can accually feel it!), I get nervous in socal situations, I am getting headaces more often!.!.!.and it's all because of this ******** power sucker that I'm typing on right now!! UGG I have a love hate relationship with my computer!.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Are you asking is it bad to sleep on a weird schedule!? Because no, it doesn't matter when you sleep (graveyard shifters have to sleep in the daytime right!?) it just matters how long you sleep!. Too much or too little sleep messes you up!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
