Chiropractor, Doctor or Massage Therapist?!

Question: Chiropractor, Doctor or Massage Therapist!?
My left shoulder hurts!. I can tell it's the muscles and when I massage it I can feel knots in the muscles and it's really sore!. I've been to the chiro before and he told me it was my back bone that was out of whack and that was causing my muscles in my shoulder to pull!. Does that sound right!? He wanted to me to go to him 3 times a week!. But I have a full time job and that's impossible!Www@Answer-Health@Com

I think it is important for pain to be treated by a doctor first who can then recommend a chiro or physical therapist that has a good reputation and takes insurance if you have it!. Many chiros also do massage therapy and some PT!. 3x a week is way too often, but see a GP or Internist before messing around with lots of secondary people!. That chiro's explanation doesn't sound right!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Well, chiropractors are expensive!. Try to get a massage, maybe some of those knots in your shoulder will loosen up!.

If your spine was out of whack it would be a medical problem and would need to be seen by a doctor!. I think that chiropractor just wants your money!.

it seems minor--just go to a massage therapist!.!.!.you don't need to see a doctor and chiropractors think everything can be fixed by manipulating the spineWww@Answer-Health@Com

Cheaper, go to a good (recommended) , masseuse or masseuse!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
