it hurts - that's what pain feels like
if its out of the ordinary and it makes you wince, gasp, moan, grunt, screech or cry - and you can barely think through it - then that's pain!.
i think this is one of those things that you just know- that somethings wrong - i guess this belongs to that category of instinctive sensations - like arousal!. Arousal feels good!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
