Question: OUCH! Help!!!?!?
Im a dancer and i frequently get aches and pains!. I dance 5 days a week 2 hours a day!.!.!.!.!.!. Yesterday i was walking and the front of my leg around the ankle was hurting wheni put pressure on it!.!.!. then my dad was looking at it, it had some blue and black stripe across it!.!.!.!.!.!.!. still hurts today did R!.I!.C!.E all day and its not helping, my dad was tounching it and below the stripe it killed when he did!. Any ideas of what it is or what to do before i go to the docters!?!? quiting dance isnt a choice and dance is done till the week after fourth of july -KeriWww@Answer-Health@Com

Sounds like it is bruised possibly internally bruised also!. You need to elevate it and stay off of it for several days!. Apply the ice on for 20 minutes, off for 20 minutes for about 12 hours!. I would also wrap it with an ace wrap to help support it when you have to stand on it!. Do this for 4-5 days and then if it's not better get to the doctor!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

This happens when you move alot, you're very athletic!.
You should lay off it for about a week, I know it may seem dull and boring but trust me it may only get worse and then you won't be able to dance for about a month!.

Just lay off it for 5 days (mon-fri) and then you'll be ok once again ;) GOOD LUCK!.
