My hand hurts really badly?!
Question: My hand hurts really badly!?
I banged my hand on a ladder!?
it hurts to pick up anything or to move my thumb!. I hit it twice it's not swollen yet but it's tender, and I can move my hand but when I move my wrist my hand hurts more!. what does this mean!?
should I use the rice method!?
